If this is affecting you, please take note of those numbers and reach out to Natterbox support for assistance. We will be able to terminate them for you. Once this has been completed, you can call back the affected numbers if needed.

A configuration change has been made on our platform to rectify the issue, no further calls should be shown as stuck on Wallboards.
