Incident Report
We received reports from a small subset of customers experiencing call connectivity and intermittent call quality issues in the APAC region due to a networking issue at one of our Australian data centres. We have since migrated traffic to an alternate data centre. Whilst the issues with call connectivity seem to have been resolved, we are currently investigating a number of stuck calls as a result of the issue.
