We have identified an issue with the License Management in the Natterbox app in Salesforce. This is currently preventing users from logging into Freedom Web and Freedom Mobile. The team is currently investigating the issue and we will keep you updated.

We have identified an issue with the License Management in the Natterbox app in Salesforce. This is currently preventing users from logging into Freedom Web and Freedom Mobile. The team is currently investigating the issue and we will keep you updated.

Fix has been applied and testing has proved that the issue has been resolved. Changing status to Monitoring.
License Management, Logging into Freedom Mobile and Freedom Web should be all fully functional.
