Salesforce Service Feature Disruption

We are aware of a service feature disruption within Salesforce that may prevent end users from accessing certain aspects of the service. This disruption affects Omni Integration and Service Cloud Voice functionalities.

We have received an update from Salesforce indicating initial positive improvements. Salesforce is currently validating these initial reports to confirm the service has returned to normal operating levels. They are also monitoring the service performance levels closely.

We are beginning to observe improvements and monitoring the situation to ensure these improvements continue towards a full resolution.
