The issue has been mitigated.
Netskope has two direct connections to Microsoft from HYD1, and one of these connections was experiencing intermittent instability, which led to asymmetric routing.
To resolve this, Netskope disabled the unstable link, allowing traffic to route through the remaining stable connection. Netskope Internal team currently in communication with Microsoft to ascertain the root cause of the link's instability.
