Netskope is targeting emergency hotfix release r132.0.7 to address the issue between Monday and Tuesday of next week. Netskope will provide confirmation of the hotfix availability once it has been successfully deployed to all commercial and compliance management plane environments.

Netskope continues to work on developing a hotfix for the issue that was discovered. Scope of impact and workaround sections has been updated. Netskope will provide a update as soon as an estimate on hotfix delivery has been identified.

Netskope has identified a potential root cause for the issue. Further details are available within the support portal including next course of action. At this time, the impact has been mitigated based on previous actions taken.

Netskope has completed removing the r132 client upgrade from all commercial and compliance management planes.  Root cause investigation continues at this time.

Netskope continues to debug for a potential root cause at this time. Removal of the r132 client upgrade will now be completed in the additional management planes as an extended safegap measure while the root cause investigation continues. Once the r132 upgrade has been successfully removed from the remaining MP’s, the issue will be considered mitigated while root cause investigation continues.

Netskope continues to debug the issue to identify a potential root cause.  r132 client upgrade has been removed from RUH1 and ZUR2.  AM2 is in progress.

Netskope is currently in the process of removing the r132 client upgrade from the targeted management planes while the root cause investigation continues.
