The issue has been mitigated, we are continuing to monitor the results.

The backlog has been processed and the system is back to steady state. The incident will be moved to resolved within the next hour upon completion of additional close monitoring and validation testing.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

The secondary latency identified was short lived and is now resolved. The service is now processing changes at the normal rate as expected. There is a backlog that was created while the service was performing at a reduced rate. Once the backlog has been processed, the issue will be fully resolved.
