Netskope experienced a major service incident affecting their Incident Management System across five datacenters: FRA2, SJC2, DFW3, ZUR2, and SIN2. The incident lasted 3.7 hours, with the scope expanding during investigation to include additional locations beyond the initially identified FRA2 datacenter. The issue was mitigated and a fix was implemented, followed by ongoing monitoring to ensure full service stability across all affected management planes.
During the ongoing monitoring, we identified that the issue was not limited to FRA2 and also impacted San Jose, California, USA (SJC2), Dallas, Texas, USA (DFW3), Zurich, Switzerland (ZUR2) and Singapore (SIN2). Our teams are actively engaged in implementing the fix across the other impacted management planes to ensure full service stability.
