Netskope identified a new feature introduced in the R139 release as the root cause. It has been successfully disabled across all POPs. The initial tests are positive and further validation is in progress.

Netskope is currently reverting the R139 deployment on select POPs within the AU region to verify if this mitigates the issue. We will provide updates as they become available.
