Service Impact to DFW3, SIN2, SJC1 Data Center.

The issue has been mitigated, we are continuing to monitor the results.

Netskope Engineering has successfully completed rollback activities for the SIN2 and DFW3 Management Planes. Rollback activities for the SJC1 Management Plane are in progress. The team continues to validate authentication functionality and monitor service stability across the affected environments.

Netskope has identified an issue associated with recent changes to the authentication configuration, which is impacting login functionality for multiple tenants. The team is investigating the underlying cause and is actively implementing mitigation measures to restore normal authentication functionality. Validation is ongoing to ensure the effectiveness of these measures and minimize further impact. We will continue to provide updates as the investigation progresses and additional findings become available.

Netskope is still actively working on a mitigation strategy to resolve this incident. We are also investigating the root cause of the authentication failure. Further updates will be communicated as soon as we have more information or a resolution is in place.
