NinjaOne experienced a service degradation affecting Apple MDM functionality in their portal, specifically impacting MDM Apple apps, MDM connection permissions, and the Device Dashboard's Overview tab when loading APN information for Apple devices. The issue primarily affected the Canada region but later expanded to include the US2 region during the investigation. The incident was resolved after 1.1 hours following identification and implementation of a fix.
