NWEA engineers, in partnership with a third-party vendor responsible for delivering password update emails, are actively working to resolve ongoing issues. Although the previously implemented solution has reduced the number of password reset problems, some challenges remain, and the password reset function is not yet fully operational. If you have received multiple password reset emails, please use the most recent one to attempt resetting your password. If you continue to experience password reset issues, we recommend waiting for further updates before attempting to reset your password.
