2025-06-30 Delays in Query and Data Pipelines (US West Oregon)

This incident has been resolved.

We are seeing recovery in the performance and metrics. We will continue to research for root cause but the latency issues have been resolved. We will continue to monitor for 1 hour.

We are continuing to investigate and are currently researching a fix that will alleviate some of the impact. We have also opened a ticket with our vendor Snowflake to determine the cause of the delays we are seeing. We appreciate your patience and will let you know once we have more information!

We’ve identified an issue causing latency in our query and data pipelines in the following regions: US West (Oregon). As a result, some users may have queries failing and data ingestion and data transformation as well as monitor execution may be delayed.
