Wireless network connectivity has been restored to all of the Bunnell building, including the errant switch. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding while we resolved this issue!
We have determined the cause of the outage to be a large amount of traffic originating from a specific switch. It has been disabled, and all other Access Points in Bunnell have been brought back online as a result. We are continuing to monitor this fix as well as restore service to the source switch.
We have determined the same Access Points were dropped and are investigating the root cause of these interruptions to prevent recurrence. Thank you again for your patience while we continue to troubleshoot.
