Outage Details

We have received reports that UA computers in Nome/UAF Northwest are currently experiencing issues with domain-based logins. A temporary workaround involving disconnecting the device from the internet and logging in with historical credentials has been identified. The OIT PAWS team has been notified and will be investigating, and you can expect an update tomorrow morning (Thursday, May 29th). Thank you for your patience during the resolution of this issue!

OIT PAWS reports that a replication issue has been identified in the Nome domain controller, and technicians are currently determining the best path forward for service restoration. Updates will be made as new information is made available, and at 3-hour intervals.
