TDX Intermittent Partial Outage

We have received reports that our ticketing client, TDX, is currently experiencing issues. This appears to be a vendor-side issue, and the UAA ESM team is establishing communications with them at this time. Technicians may intermittently experience issues accessing tickets, and the customer-facing site is largely unaffected. We will provide updates over the weekend if new information becomes available, and again at opening Monday.

No updates have been provided from the vendor over the weekend, but as of Monday 6/9, TDX performance appears to have returned to normal. The service owners at UAA will be monitoring communication channels with the vendor for an RCA. Thank you again for your patience during the resolution of this issue!
