NextGen Update-Related Disruptions

NextGen reports that a fix for the service degradation we have been experiencing was pushed, and the OIT PAWS team has confirmed our instance of Dynamic Forms is reflecting those changes. PAWS has received an update from NextGen Dynamic Forms; they report that the outstanding issues with document queues have been identified, and a potential solution has also been identified.
NextGen will be deploying their fix for these issues early tomorrow, June 18. We will provide an update once the intended fix has been implemented regarding its functionality and stability!

NextGen Web Solutions has indicated that issues related to DynamicForms URLs and email notifications have been fully resolved. The following issues may still be affecting DynamicForms admin queues:

- Misaligned columns
- Unique identifiers (GUIDs) appearing in place of their associated values
- Sorting functionality is unavailable
- Preferences (including field selections) not displaying correctly

NextGen is working to resolve these outstanding issues; we will continue making updates as new information becomes available, and at three-hour intervals.

There have been no updates reported from the vendor yet, and the OIT PAWS team is continuing to monitor their channel of communication with them. PAWS technicians have discovered the below information, for users affected:

1. Sorting on the Forms Admin Queue page is currently non-functional.
2. Column Views on the Forms Admin page appear to have reverted to earlier states. If you think a column is missing in your Forms Admin queue, navigate to that form's Admin Queue view, then select the Preferences > Fields drop-down, and review selected/unselected fields.

We will be making updates when new information is available, and at three-hour intervals.

Issues with NextGen links appear to have been resolved, and we are awaiting a response from the vendor at this time. We will continue to make updates as new information is made available, and at three-hour intervals.

At this time, the only functional issue appears to be with table element sorting.
