For customers who already have 1 or more active Exchange accounts: Everything works as expected and as it should.
For customers who do not currently have an active Exchange account with us: It is currently not possible to order this. We have no ETA for when this wil be available again. But we will update here when we have more details.

We are still having issues with Exchange for all customers.
For now all features for existing Exchange customer should work just fine. This includes things like password resets, account deletion and changing billing cycle.

Sending/recieving mails are not impacted in any way by this .

We will continue to provide updates as we have any.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

For now, sending and reciving emails is still working just fine.

We have identified the issue. Unfortunatley we dont have any timeline for when its fixed.

The issue is currently affecting the following Exchange features:
New account creation
Password resets
Upgrading between tiers
Changing billing cycle
Removing accounts
