We are currently investigating an issue affecting the delivery of OneTrust MFA verification codes.
Customers may notice emails stuck in a "processing" state within SendGrid. This issue is limited to those using the default SendGrid configuration, and clients with custom SFTP setups are unaffected.
Our engineering teams are investigating and further updates will be provided as soon as possible.
