We are currently investigating an issue causing delays in email notifications across multiple customer environments. A high volume of outbound email traffic is impacting the performance of our shared email processing infrastructure.
As a result, some users may experience delayed or undelivered system-generated emails, including task assignments, alerts, and confirmation messages.
Our engineering team is actively working to isolate the issue and restore normal service levels.
