Outage Details

The OBIE has informed us that Bank of Ireland became aware on 10th August 2020 of an incident with its API Platform. Due to this on-going incident, Bank of Ireland has made its platform unavailable while a resolution is underway. Bank of Irelands platform is expected to be available again at circa 18.00hrs today. We will continue to update this incident as more information becomes available.

The Bank of Ireland platform is available again and service has resumed.

We are happy to report that we are seeing users connect Bank of Ireland accounts successfully but we will continue to monitor API responses.
