Search & Navigation Performance Issue - AU Region

Our third-party Microsoft partner has completed rolling back all the caches to stable version. The service has been confirmed to fully restored.

The Search and Navigation service remains healthy while we are still waiting for permanent fix from our third-party Microsoft team in order to confirm full resolution.

Search & Navigation performance (AU region) is getting impacted by ongoing Redis cache event in Australia East. Microsoft Azure has identified the issue. The issue has been attributed to a code regression, and Microsoft team is actively working to roll back the changes.

The issue has been identified to be related to third-party connection. Our internal team has escalated this issue to the third-party provider.

We are currently investigating an event that is impacting the availability on the Search & Navigation (FIND) service in the AU region. A subset of clients may experience high latency or 5xx-errors.
