Delays encountered with rendition generation in the Library (CMP)

This incident has been resolved. The service continues to function normally from the time the fix was implemented.

A solution has been released and we're currently monitoring the results. We're hopeful that renditions should now generate without any significant delays. If the situation changes, then we will provide a new update. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
