Search and Navigation USEA04 issues

This incident has been resolved. We will continue our investigation to establish the root cause. A post mortem will be available once the investigation has concluded.

At this time, the Search and Navigation service is reporting full functionality, and we are continuing to closely monitor the health of the service. If the situation changes, we will provide a new update. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!

The cluster platform service is confirmed to be healthy. A subset of customers may still experience high latency issues and we are investigating further about any additional issues. Updates will follow when available.

The cluster has been stable for the past hour and recovery to green state is progressing. We are continuing to follow up and monitor the service, and will provide new updates about the progress.

Mitigating actions have been managed and the number of failed requests has been significantly reduced, to a smaller number of 5xx errors. We are continuing to investigate and monitor the service. New updates will be posted hourly or when we have information available. Thank you for your patience.
