OTAVA engineers have implemented a fix for the issue affecting scheduled Microsoft 365 backup jobs in the IN1 environment.
Scheduled backup jobs are now starting automatically as expected, and manual intervention is no longer required. We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved and services are operating normally. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
