An earlier issue with the Microsoft Graph API causing issues for users attempting to send mailings, sync mailboxes, or perform calendaring operations was resolved by Microsoft, however Microsoft has let us know that those leveraging Microsoft 365 may continue to see issues. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as information becomes known.

Telemetry is indicating an increase in success for Mailing and Calendaring operations. We will continue to partner with the Microsoft team to ensure Outreach users are fully recovered. An update will be provided when more information becomes known.
