Dear valued Customer, We are experiencing a disruption with Single sign-on method for our Ocean products' users. Currently, schedulers with SSO authorization are not able to log in to the platforms. Standard process (with user credentials) is still available and fully operational. Our engineering team is investigating and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. We are continuing to investigate a disruption with the Single sign-on method for our Ocean products' users.

Currently, schedulers with SSO authorization are not able to log in to the platforms. The standard process (with user credentials) is still available and fully operational.
