We are working closely with one of our upstream providers to quickly address a disruption with Rail API. Currently, the disruption with Asset Tracking has been resolved. We continue to work with our partners on the disruption with Tracking API and Shipment Tracking API. There is no loss of data, but you may be experiencing delayed updates.

Our engineering team is working closely with our partners and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
