We have identified the cause of the current slowness in our Support case handling as a global disruption at our external service provider, Salesforce, confirmed on their own status page.
Chat and phone support remain available, and cases submitted are being received as normal. However, processing of cases is currently slower than usual due to this disruption.
We are monitoring the situation and will post an update as soon as Salesforce resolves the issue, or with further information.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
