Outage Details

We received an update from some customers who are not receiving emails (Activation, Password Reset and Multi-Factor-Authentication) when accessing our Support Portal (support.paloaltonetworks.com). This is blocking some customers from activating products and accessing some PANW systems. We are currently investigating the issue.
