Dear valued Palo Alto Networks customer,
Panorama managed and NGFW User-ID and Terminal Server (TS) Agent Self-Signed Certificates will expire on November 18th, 2024. It's essential to address this before the expiration, otherwise communications between the agents and NGFWs will fail, leading to the blocking of end-user traffic to approved applications
To help determine your next steps please leverage the below options:
1. Review the advisory for further context and understanding of the certificate expiration & actions needed.
Prisma Access Customers:
We’ve updated internal Prisma Access certificates and now you are required to update yours and enroll in our certificate management process to ensure your NGFWs, Panorama, and Cloud Delivered Security Services function properly. Your certificate may be expiring soon, please read through this entire document to plan for a smooth update.
Please reach out to our Support team if you need any assistance implementing the steps outlined in the Advisory. For affected customers with devices out of support, see customer support portal (CSP) > Updates > Urgent Updates for Unsupported Devices.
Regards,
Palo Alto Networks
