Dear Customer,
Cloud NGFW is currently experiencing an issue with AWS login. We are actively working on this issue and will provide another update by September 2nd, 9:00 PM UTC with further details and next steps.
Customer Impact:
All management actions done via the AWS web GUI is currently affected. There is however no impact to the firewall dataplane traffic. This issue doesn't affect Panorama or Strata Cloud Manager management tasks either.
