Incident Report

We have identified that the current service degradation impacting provisioning and management is due to an active issue within our cloud provider’s (Azure) infrastructure. Our engineering teams are collaborating with them to resolve the underlying platform failure as quickly as possible. Customer Impact The following issues are currently being observed due to this Azure cloud provider incident: Facing Azure portal issue access many of the Azure resources Noticing network Infra impact where the firewall CRUD calls in some tests are running for long New Firewall Creation: All attempts to create new firewalls are currently failing, returning a “Resource temporarily unavailable” error code. Management Actions: Updates and commits on existing firewalls and rulestacks may intermittently fail, resulting in 503 or 504 response codes. Portal Visibility: You may observe general Azure portal issues, where some resources are not loading correctly. Important Note Existing firewall data plane traffic is NOT affected. Your running firewalls continue to inspect and process traffic normally. We will provide an update on our progress and the estimated time for resolution as soon as we receive confirmed information from our cloud provider.
