Current Status: Degraded Performance (or Partial Outage) Affected Component(s): Firewall Creation and Firewall Deletion Services
Incident Details:
We are currently investigating an issue impacting the functionality of our firewall management services. Due to recent cloud provider change, customers may experience failures or significant delays when attempting to create new firewalls or delete existing firewalls via the UI and API.

New Firewall Creation & Firewall Deletion are impacted
Existing Firewalls/Traffic No impact on ongoing network traffic or the performance of already deployed and active firewalls.
Important Note: All existing, active firewalls remain fully operational and are protecting your network traffic as expected. The impact is limited to management operations (creation and deletion).
Next Update:
We are investigating the issue along side AWS, we expect to provide the next update on our progress and estimated time to resolution by Oct, 31th 2025 0400AM UCT.
