Palo Alto Networks' WildFire service experienced a major issue across multiple cloud regions (Australia, Germany, India, Switzerland, Poland, Indonesia, Taiwan, France, and Qatar) that prevented users from submitting files for analysis. The incident lasted 25 minutes, during which file submissions failed completely. The issue was identified and resolved with a fix that restored normal file submission functionality.
