We are investigating an issue affecting access to the Pantheon Dashboard and Site Spinup. Customers may experience errors such as [502 responses, degraded performance, or failed site creation]. A fix has been implemented for the intermittent Terminus operations and site spin-up issues. Internal testing has confirmed that the platform-wide deployment is now yielding successful results.

This incident is now resolved.
