We have implemented a fix to resolve the reporting issue affecting the Site Metrics page.

While the data pipeline has been restored, please be aware that zero-value metrics may remain cached in your browser for up to six hours.

To mitigate this and view your updated traffic data immediately, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache to force a fresh download of the metrics.

Our team will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure stability, and we sincerely appreciate your patience throughout this process.

We are currently investigating an issue where site traffic metrics are incorrectly displaying as zero within the dashboard.

Please be assured that this is a reporting-only issue: all hosted sites remain fully operational, and the dashboard itself is online and accessible.

Our Engineering team is working to determine if this is a visual latency error or a delay in the data processing pipeline.
