A fix has been deployed, and the Pantheon Dashboard is now performing normally with stable loading times.

A runtime upgrade in our API layer recently reduced the size of an internal connection pool used for resolving service addresses. Under normal traffic, this caused requests to queue up waiting for available connections instead of being processed immediately, adding several seconds of delay to page loads and API responses across the dashboard.

Our Engineering team is monitoring the environment closely to ensure performance remains stable and to confirm the issue is completely resolved. We will provide a final update once the resolution is verified.
