Users can access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may be unavailable or running at less than optimal levels. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.

This issue began at 14:20 UTC on 04/07/2023 and was resolved at 15:23 UTC on 04/07/2023 Users could access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal levels.
