ParentSquare Outage History

ParentSquare conducted emergency maintenance on April 24 due to instability in an AWS-hosted system component, causing all services including the web application, mobile apps, messaging, and notifications to become unavailable. The maintenance began at 10:45 AM Pacific and was completed within 5 minutes, with all systems returning to normal operation.

ParentSquare experienced a major incident where users received multiple phone calls for the same notification. The issue affected the Phone Calls component and was resolved after 3 hours of investigation.

A Gmail service disruption caused delays in sending emails from ParentSquare to Gmail and other Google-hosted email addresses for 2.8 hours.
