PayPal has resolved the issue and payment buttons on Payable Checkout pages should now be working as usual.

Checkout Buttons powered by PayPal are starting to load again on the Payable Checkout pages.
If your customer was impacted by the earlier outage they can simply retry loading the checkout page again at this point.
