Percy's AI features including NL descriptions, AI ignore, Build Summary, and Bug classification were unavailable for builds created during a 2-hour incident. All non-AI features and dashboard functions remained fully operational with no performance impact to standard Percy workflows. The issue was resolved with a fix deployed, and all AI features became available for builds created after 11:15 PDT.
