This is an advisory notice. Microsoft is currently experiencing an issue affecting user access to Teams services in the Asia Pacific region. This issue is affecting Pexip customers using the MS Teams CVI service for services hosted in the APAC region. Microsoft 365 admins are able to track this issue under TM512596.

Microsoft has re-routed traffic and restored services in the APAC region.

Pexip monitoring indicates that we are no longer seeing connectivity issues.

We will continue to monitor this issue.
