Appointment imports and exports to EMR/PM systems are processing as expected, and performance within the Phreesia Dashboard remains stable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

System performance has returned to normal. Appointment imports, exports to EMR/PM systems, and patient movement within the Phreesia Dashboard are all operating as expected. We will continue to monitor to ensure stability.

Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate the issue. We’re seeing improvements within the Phreesia Dashboard, particularly with patients moving between sections. Delays may still occur with appointments importing into the Dashboard and exporting information to EMR/PM systems.
