Outage Details

Due to an unexpected DB storage failure and restart earlier today, some Piano clients in the US region might be experiencing discrepancies in the Mine users functionality (including API, reports and dashboard results). This is currently being investigated.

The data from from 4 am ET September 15 to 10 am ET September 16 has caught up, except for the access data. The access related filters are continuing to be restored.

The mine users and reports functionality has been stabilized. Data from 10 am ET September 16 is now available.

We expect that the data from 4 am ET September 15 to 10 am ET September 16 will be fully caught up within the next 24 hours.

Composer segmentation may be affected in the cases of the delayed user data.
