Outage Details

Piano VX emails have not been sending since 15.15 UTC today. This is affecting all environments but only those clients that are using Mandrill as the email service provider. The issue has been identified and is being fixed.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the result. Emails that have been in the queue are being sent.

We are still continuing to work on a fix for this issue with the 3rd party (Mandrill).
