We have temporarily switched from Mandrill to Amazon SES to deliver transactional emails to ease the situation. As a result, emails are originated from service@piano.io. We will switch back to Mandrill once their outage has been resolved.
Note that this incident affects the customers using Mandrill as the transactional email delivery mechanism.
