Since December 23rd, experience properties (ID, name) have been missing from vx.conversion events, causing the "Experience Turnover" metric and all metrics derived from it to show 0. This impacts most Out-of-the-Box Boards, which rely on these metrics. Our technical team is actively working on a fix. We apologize for any inconvenience.
