This incident has been resolved.

The faulty network device has been replaced, and all services have now been restored. Engineers are continuing to monitor the network to ensure the services remain stable.

A water leak in the building's communication room has damaged the main network device, resulting in a loss of internet service across the entire building.

Onsite engineer is currently working to replace the damaged network switch and restore the services.

A field engineer has been dispatched to the site for further investigation. Further updates will be provided as it comes.

Engineers have observed network alarms at the listed location which are causing disruption to some customer services. Engineers are now investigating the issue. Further updates will be given as soon as they are available.
