Incident Report

We have seen an influx of support tickets regarding the recent plugin changes in composer. https://github.com/composer/composer/commit/ac7a6e3326593c5a574e10aff3002a6e523ed982 This manifests as the following warning in your Platform.sh build log; W: XXXX/XXXX contains a Composer plugin which is blocked by your allow-plugins config. You may add it to the list if you consider it safe. See https://getcomposer.org/allow-plugins W: You can run "composer config --no-plugins allow-plugins.XXXX/XXXX [true|false]" to enable it (true) or keep it disabled and suppress this warning (false) This warning requires you to update your composer.json file as per https://getcomposer.org/doc/06-config.md#allow-plugins Please implement these changes and retest your builds. We are working with the composer team to ensure that these builds fail instead of build without the needed application plugins. https://github.com/composer/composer/issues/10912
